Should be able to use stock valley with dod delete plugs. I would change all 3 lines...some have gotten away with reusing the lines and some have not.

They are crush fit for the sealing... thats why they have to be replaced...so... imo replace them. I did. Sucks to spend a couple hundred on fuel lines, but a fuel leak is not worth the risk. Same concept as reusing torque to yield bolts.... can you? Maybe... but not a good idea.

I dont recall if the hard lines were designated lt1 vs lt4... the line that goes over the engine came with my dsx flex fuel kit. The s bend hard lines i think are the same regardless. I used the dual 45 deg bend hard line coming from the pump to distribution block. Maybe this will help? https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showp...14&postcount=5

There are different hard lines. I changed the one coming from the HPFP --> Injector rails to the LT4 ZL1 unit since it has less of a bend and suppose to flow a little better vs the LT1 that has a 90 degree bend. I also used the LT4 feed line that doesn't have the check valve.
