Break in oil and new cam break in ?

Hi guys, first time posting here. I've learned a lot from this forum and am still learning. Hadn't fooled with any major engine work in many years, back when most my friends were driving old Chevelles and Novas ! So these newer engines are a new ball game to me. I have pulled the engine in my 16 SS. It had just hit 29,000 when I started this project. No issues with motor so I'm leaving the bottom end alone, installing a Texas Speed CL-E7 cam, Johnson 2116 lifters, Katech oil pump and timing chain, Kooks headers, MSD intake with a Nick Williams 103 throttle body. Also doing the trunion upgrade kit. This is basically just going to be a "fun" car, not planning on "tracking" it. So now all that's out of the way, would it be wise to use a break in oil like Joe Gibbs driven ? Also, and I've heard both ways on this, but what is the your opinion on breaking in a roller cam ? I've heard it is pointless and I have also heard it makes a difference down the road. Sorry if this is redundant but I did try to search the forums. Thanks in advance for any advice !

There is no break in period for a roller cam.

Your engine is already broken in with those miles so there is no need for break in oil.

the only pre-flooring it "break in" i would suggest is heat cycling the valve springs and changing the oil. otherwise - let er rip.
