GPI Tuning is in norcal but they specialize in the LS/LT motors and they're probably the best shop in the state.

GP is the best out here for sure. Matt did my car and I couldn’t be happier. My only complaint was really not having him turn off the cat warmup cycle.
Also I noticed that the PTM settings now have a far more progressive throttle.

Not to derail this thread, but how is everyone smogging their stuff with a custom tune? I'm guessing everyone has their "guy" but for anyone that's installing headers etc, you'll have to change all of that back so that you can reflash the original tune no?

dont have to smog for new cars in cali for 8 years unless you get reffed so i guess ill figure it out when i get there lol 2 years left wish me luck

haha yea that doesnt work anymore at least for newer cars

now they check your ecu/obd2 port and they have cameras so goodluck!

Far as I know they will let you use an Approved tune like from pro charger. But you will a pro charger installed.
That is the way I’m going to go unless I can get a Zl1… just depends on the last year of production.

This is the way I'm going to go, Magnuson currently has a pending CARB tune for their 2650 that I'm getting installed next month but I hear it's a pretty mild tune, so I may get it tuned afterwards and just find a "friend" that I can get get to tune it later.
