I ran mine all year and am very happy with it.
I added a button to mine so that I can enable full boost at anytime with just a press. Around town I keep it set at around 80%. For highway pulls the button is great, just mat it without worry of loosing traction then hit the button to get all the power. As Josh said mine would open/close pretty much immediately.
