Lowering a 2020 2SS with MRC
I recently switched from stock SS wheels/tires to SS 1LE spec wheels and tires, I now have a larger wheel gap, what is the best way to lower the entire car 1.0" to 1.5", I do have Magnetic Ride Control so not sure if that makes things more difficult...
What are my options (I'd like to do the work myself if possible).. These look like the say they work with MRC, any issues? Does MRC need to be "recalibrated" or will it figure it out? https://www.phastekperformance.com/P...prings-px1.htm

Lowering
I don’t know if you have to, but I had mine done when I installed the Eibach pro kit on mine its only a .700 drop according to the spec in the instructions.
This is how mine sits. |

Do you have MRC and did you do anything with the MRC? If you could be far more specific that would be very helpful..

Lowering springs
Yes I have MRC and I just used a bidirectional scan tool and recalibrated them on level ground, I wasnt sure that I had to but I figured better safe than sorry seeing as how you have to disconnect the struts and the sensors from your car during the install Sorry for not being clear on that before.

I had access to a Snap-On Versus pro D10, but I'm sure that you can use any quality scan tool to get the job done, it took two of us about an hour and a half to do the the job but we also used a lift and spring compressor for the front struts and did an alignment.

Has anyone used these springs from RST?
RST PX1 LOWERING SPRINGS 2016-2024 CAMARO SS & 2017-2018 CAMARO ZL1 https://www.phastekperformance.com/P...prings-px1.htm They get really good reviews and offer a 1.25" drop, which is about the most of any of the springs for an MRC car... I like the Eibach springs but it sounds like the back would only drop about 0.40" with MRC which isn't worth doing... Phastek said there is no recalibration of the MRC required, just need an alignment after installation... Anyone with any experience with these springs? I'm not looking to slam the thing but after putting SS1LE spec wheels and tires on my non-1LE 2SS, I feel the wheel well gap is pretty excessive... I think this will fix it... Any input is appreciated!

What size wheels and tires do you have on your car? I have 1LE wheels and tires (on a non-1LE) and my wheel gap is rather large, I think even with a 1.25" drop with the RST springs mine will still have more wheel gap than yours (or about the same but I don't think it will sit any lower)
