It's a highway car that needs a stronger 377 or 390 with higher compression, better oil pump, 38% cam, heads freshened or updated, and a much better thrust bearing. Plus, my trans is probably on the edge now, and adding a bunch more power will only hasten its death. I'm not sure whether a bigger cam will require a looser converter.
