Both... how are you going to do brakes with race ramps?

I have both. I suppose if you had to choose one or the other the logical choice would be a jack as you can do everything you'd need by jacking the vehicle up whereas you can't remove the tires with ramps.

Don't forget chocks and axle stands as you should never trust any hydraulic jack with your life.

Difficult to vote since they both have their place.

Ramp made my oil changes easier/faster. But floor jack is what i use for pretty much everything.

I have race ramps but mostly use the floor jack for wheels and brakes. Oil Change is the only thing I really use the race ramps for (and to help load cars onto trailers).

Hoping to add a lift to my new shop.

I got the ZL1 Addons blocks to bring with me for other people jacking up my car and I have two floor jacks so I will jack up both sides at the same time and use them when I need to remove the wheel. I will get Race Ramps for oil changes.

Are the race ramps high enough for oil changes? Anyone try yet?

They make them in different heights and lengths. I think up to 10" of lift without going to one of their specialty setups.
