Unrelated to GM dealers I had leased a 2015 jeep grand cherokee. It had a slight tear in the knee bolster when i received it. I scheduled to have it replaced under warranty, fast forward a couple weeks to when the part came in and they had availability. I sat in the waiting room while the work was being done, It should have been no longer than a 30 minute job, I was there for 5 hours fresh out the hospital with a broken heal. I fell asleep in their waiting room lol. Anyways they return the jeep to me and i inspect the work to find white powder residue all over the new panel and the knee bolster air bag cover super glued back on to the knee bolster... I crutched my ass back in there and pulled the manager out to inspect. He sends the mechanic out there and I tore him a new one. Long story short they had to order another panel as well as an air bag and I no longer trust dealerships with the exception of a select few.
