I ran mine all year and am very happy with it.

I added a button to mine so that I can enable full boost at anytime with just a press. Around town I keep it set at around 80%. For highway pulls the button is great, just mat it without worry of loosing traction then hit the button to get all the power.

As Josh said mine would open/close pretty much immediately.

No idea since they did a bunch of work at once.

If you want to do a nice job you can get half of a day into it. If you're trying to hack it together than maybe 1-2 hours.

I chuckled when I read this, and immediately thought of my Dad, who called every way other than the right way "shade tree engineering."

I don't believe my shop has done one of these. You can fly out and install mine on your way up the mountain to ski.
