Thanks for the information....only reason that I would be happy about that is could then get the ZL1 in crush which was originally what I wanted, however until see the 2019 in person would not want to order/purchase. Not saying the new design is bad, just reserving my opinion until see in person. As was one who got to see the 6th Gen before they went to retail production, and so knew liked the design.

Alas, even if did like the 2019 design, the CFO (aka the hubby) overrode the CEO of V8HOTTY Auto & Motorcycle Care (me) and stated that under no terms was I to think about adding another Camaro to my lineup until finances were better...guess I better get working on selling a hell of a lot more Adams Polishes & Novistretch Performance Covers...well and keep my hourly day job...LOL!

Although the color pallet has been out for a while. I'll have Crush and be a step child of this thread.

I was wondering what cars these came out of. I have been luck enough to find the for my wife's and my car but still looking for one steering wheel for my friend that bought one. I was able to come up with the part number and the wheel is on national back order with no dealer having one in stock. Any one that wants to trade for the suede let me know.

You might want to post over in Club F1FTY. (See link in my signature). I’m sure someone over there might be willing to swap.

I'm not too sure about the Crush color being available. Lethal Camaro just did a video about the color choices (adds & subtracts) and didn't mention it. I looked on the site about the 2019 and did not see the color there either. I know some like to tease us Hot Wheels owner that it won't be unique, but until Chevy announces it officially, I'm believing it will be unique.

It’s in the official ordering guide as well as Becky posted all the 2019 ordering cost and options. And orange crush is a $395 color upgrade. Sucks for the the Hot Wheels owners. Never seen them do this before.

Not too worried about the colour being used again, it's not like they will have the same stripes, wheels, interior or badge plates ... my 2018 will be unique enough still

Maybe do but meant I e never seen a special edition Camaro with a limited color, have that color reused on the Camaro.

45th and 2013 Hot Wheels come to mind.

But at the same time they did make the 50th out of a common paint option.

The Hot Wheels is a previous generation too; no other 2018 6th gen has Crush on it. Only the following generation will have it, so it retains its exclusivity.

Camaro Fifty is Nightfall Gray Metallic with a lot of special trim items. NGM was also available as a color choice without the Fifty package. I imagine the same will hold true of Hot Wheels vs other Orange Crush.

Correct they did the 50th in a common color. Which I’m grateful for. What I was getting at is I’ve never seen them use a special one of color outside of a special edition, in the Camaro line. Case in point the 45th paint color wasn’t available on any other Camaro as well as the 2013 Hot Wheels color wasn’t available on any other Camaro.

I just found it odd. I personally am glad to see orange come back. The removal of IOM didn’t make sense to me.

As well as the 2019 refresh is different enough body style it shouldn’t be an issue for most. Again I just found it odd.

Hey, can any current 2018 2SS Hot Wheels Camaro owners help me out? I'm looking at getting a new hot wheels 2ss camaro, and there is only one anywhere near me, it's about 80 miles away. I love it, but I have a question about the hood and trunk stripes based on what I saw when I went to look at it. . Can you take a close up picture of your hood stripes at the Top of the hood near the edge closest to the windshield and post it here. The one I looked at the stripes do not go all the way to the edge of the hood, near the windshield, they stop about 1/8 or 1/4 inch before the Top of the hood. It seems to me like they should go all the way to the edge and wrap under the hood, like the do in the front near the front bumper. It does tge same on rear trunk area, the stripe stops before the top of the trunk abot 1/8 or 1/4 inch before where it meets the rear window and leaves the same gap. Neither look right to me, i would think they should go all the way to the edge. I talked to dealer and he said the hoid was striped at factory and the did the trunk and decklid stipes per tge instructions geven to them by dealer. So if you can show me yours close up both hood and trunk in those above mentioned areas i will know if the one i saw is correct. I've tried to google close up overhead shots of hood and trunk but no luck finding one that shows those 2 areas. Thanks for your help.
