No, but I still have it on the shelf. Maybe I plugged it into wrong connector?

Has the Hurst shifter made a noticable improvement with the 2-3 shift?

Due to the overwhelming feedback we have received about wanting to re-use the OEM shift knob with these kits, we have designed a prototype that was sent to fellow forum member "vtirocz" to provide feedback on. Check out his experience with both the new shifter and the installation here, and feel free to share your thoughts with us.

At this time we are still working out details on a release of a shifter that reuses the OEM knob. However, we are considering offering a group buy type of option if there is enough demand and a release date has been determined.

Attention 2019 6 speed Camaro SS owners!

We have confirmed that fitment of our Hurst Billet/Plus shifter (part#’s 3916031 and 3916131) will continue through the 2019 model year.

Whether you prefer the look of the original white Hurst Shift ball and Flat Shift Stick or the modern look of the black anodized Hurst Pistol Grip handle, Hurst has you covered.

Please call 707-544-4761 or visit Hurst-Shifters.com for additional application and product information.

Install wasn't too tough, not as easy as the 5th gen. Exhaust & driveshaft were straightforward to get out, but it was the retainer pins on the shifter mount that were the real pain for me. Even had to get Wife to help a little, and I never ask for help, unless I really need it. I am kinda slow and picky, took me a lot longer than 2 hours, no lift here, just 4 jack stands. But I think it's worth it. Shifts are super short now, and quick. I'll post some photos.

BTW, I plugged in the skip shift eliminator and it got real warm, almost hot, so I took it out. Is that normal for it to get almost hot?
We're happy to hear that you love your new Hurst Billet/Plus Shifter!

We are still working out the details on getting this shifter to market. We haven't forgotten about all of you 6th Gen Owners that are still waiting on this one. As soon as I have any additional info it will be plastered all over Camaro6!
