i could post the tune, i think i am just going to get retuned, too many factors in my brain about whether its right or not...
but i think you are right, and maybe because of the vacuum leaks the tune ended up this way who knows..

Your car has to be mechanically solid before tuning. Period, full stop. Otherwise you’ll be chasing your tail forever. Vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, spark plug issues, etc will all ruin your dyno day.
