Its never to far if you have the time. We drove 2287 mies from home to Indy. Had an awsome time just wish it was a little cooler and then i would have bs more. It was great weekend and everyone should do it once. Never met one bad person. Got some great service from venders and seen the largest collection of sexy cars ever. We left Indy and are now in charlotte nc. We are doing the DEI, hendrck, JR, hall of fame, and the speedway. So our round trip would be about 4500 miles or so just for the fest but i am sure we will have close to 7500 miles by the time we get home. After we get home i will have to sort through 3200 plus photos and will post some here. Thanks for the great time everyone.

1,978 miles and 91 gallons of gas round trip. Well worth every mile and drop of gas. I'd go that far 1 way to get to another one.

I was the one who drove from San Diego (Santee).
2125 miles to the Fest, then another 870 miles to visit my dad in Mayo, Florida.
Just before I got into Florida, I waved at another Aqua Blue SS that had autocross numbers on the passenger quarter window.
(was that you bluetooth-ss?)

Today, I started the return leg of my trip.
After 530 miles driven today, I am in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Once I get home, I will have traveled at least 5300 miles.

I am from Oregon but working in NW Indiana so only 300 R/T. Coming back from Indy towards Chicago Sunday afternoon sucks though. Lot of traffic and yoyo traffic all the way back.

Ofer, I heard you were there, I just didn't get a chance to meet up. Maybe next year.

Think the record was set at C5F 1 by El Diablo 8900 miles from Fort St John BC to Valdosta GA.

I got lucky, I only had a 220 mile drive from the IL side of the St. Louis metro area. I live right off I-70 and literally had a straight shot there!
