ZL1 blower on a stock SS
Going to buy a ZL1 supercharger for my SS. Was wondering if I could reach 600whp with stock internals? I would get the LT4 injectors and fuel pump as well.

Yes you will, and a little more if you are willing to run an E60 ethanol blend with a flex fuel tune and smaller pulley.

you are going to be octane limited with 91 in California. On 91 my Lt4 supercharger made 530 whp with some bolt ons too.

Well then that’s a good reason to get a E85 sensor. Depending on the strength of the E85 you can get close to 108 Octane. Hopefully you have a station with E85 nearby.

I completely agree, you should go flex fuel and run the highest concentration of E as possible that your fuel system allows.

If you're getting a ZL1 supercharger, make sure that you get the parts for the LT1 conversion, to lower the boost. Running ZL1 boost (easily 10~11 psi from what I've heard) on the LT1 engine with crap 91 octane gas does not sound like a good idea in my opinion.

Might consider these LT4 to LT1 plates, once you add a controller and E85 - 700+ RWHP with a stock LT1 high pressure fuel system is easy...
