Everything I got from Sickspeed is in the photos at the DIY link. The photos should show you how mine was attached. Not sure if they changed parts up. My sleeves were plastic and it looks like yours are metal.

Got it sorted. The knob they sent me doesn't have the UN2 adaptor. So they just sent me a replacement knob that does include the UN2 adapter kit.
