I had Sparco sliders on my Sparco bases but the sliders were flimsy as hell and wobbled a lot. The bases also needed some strengthening around the front hooks that go into the floor. I got custom reinforcements made for the bases and then replaced the sliders with custom-made hard mounted offset square tubing to get my seat in the right position. Now my setup is rock solid and still has some bolt-in adjustability. If you're in NorCal and want to ditch sliders, call TC Design

Not doing a passenger seat until I get setup to tow or get a tire trailer. I made a rear seat delete but only use the back part for track days since I put 3 tires back there to transport.

Stock belt setup works great, but got a free seat belt extender from the dealer to make it easier to access the tunnel side belt buckle. This may be too long for some setups.

One other surprise I had was the amount of static shock from the fabric seat is pretty high. I expect it every time I exit so not so bad now.

Sparco sliders are know to have slop in them, the Recaro ones don't but the handle does need to be bent up some since it can hit the floor.

Just have a lot of patience for a lot of test fits and OJT etc. Make sure you check seat height with helmet on and belt length with Hans etc.

With my setup and only one seat the car lost about 50lbs. Now the driver needs to lose about 30. Race weight is 3790 with driver and 1/4 tank.

haha oh im not doing the install i dont trust myself i have a local race shop doing it all the seats and shit i can do but the cage im good lol if they drill through my gas tank thats on them haha i still havent been able to weight my car yet

got some of my puzzle pieces last night! seat and sliders and harness today!
