Question? I just got my borla atack exhaust and as long tube headers the headers does not have the step down from 3" to 2.5" to connect to my exhaust ( cat delete ).. Can I install everything besidesde the 3"extension pipe and wait for the proper pipe or should I wait and not install anything

I certainly wouldn't install the exhaust without attaching it to your headers.
You can go ahead and install the headers and drive around without exhaust, but be warned... it's loud. If it's only a few days, I was able to manage.

As hard as it is, I'd wait for the extension and do it right all at once ... just my .02

Defiantly waiting to drive it be for everything is finished just wanted to install as much as possible until I get the right step down. Thanks

What headers did you get out of curiosity?
I am in the same situation as you sort of except Im looking at a decent pair of headers to go with my borla atak.

I got the stainless works but the set that was sent was made for stainless works 3 inch exhaust only. I need the 3" to 2.5 inch reducer to fit the atack. They look great though
