Never had an issue with mine and followed the break-in procedures.

In general, if there is nothing to do before/after the installation of a performance upgrade, it most likely isn't doing anything.

Crawco, the relearn procedure applies to any TB change. If there's not much difference between the swapped throttle bodies, there's is a chance that there's nothing to learn.
