Front Suspension-Engine Cradle (23200940) on 2010 Camaro?

Hi guys,

at gmpartsdirect I found Front Suspension-Engine Cradle for 12-15 Camaros (23200940) for 354$. Engine Cradle for 10-11 models (92248978) is 690$.

I have 2010 Camaro and maybe will need new one. Do you think I can buy and install the cheaper one for 12-15 Camaros? Is there any reason, why it wouldnt fit?

Thank you, Toni

It will have some additional mounting points on the bottom for undertrays that some models came with. Otherwise everything should be the same as far as suspension and engine mounts. Only part I don't know is if electric steering changed anything for the steering rack mount points. If you can find a model to look at, or someone else knows about, those mount points and confirm you'd be good.
