I love it as a place to visit, but I am quickly finding out I do NOT love the cost of living change from FL to CA, or the fact I can't mod my car properly, need a front plate etc etc....

Still, the plan is only to be here for a few years for work and then eventually get back to the east coast, and we'll spend the time over on the west coast to enjoy all it has to offer.

Although officially I move next year, I'm already splitting my time between the 2 places....on a flight every week and it's getting old!

But I agreed with my fiance she could stay in FL this year, until after the wedding (in November), and then we'll up sticks and move properly after that.

So, has anyone bought any items for the new car already?

I'm going to be buying some floor mats as a starting point, and after that probably some LED side markers will be the first Mod for mine - got to start somewhere haha!

LOL Paint of the G2 kind, calipers are not painted red and IMO need to be, and don't forget the 1LE sticker, paint is here ready to go.

Trying to figure out where to order a spare set of OEM wheels now and will order up some headers very soon. Window tint is already paid for and I'll probably tint the sidemarkers too. Never liked the bright LEDs or the cost.

I hear you on the CA cost, but damn it's nice out there. Lots to do and just a whole different atmosphere than the East coast. Mods and front plate stuff will suck big time too.

I actually prefer just to have the standard white cover rather than one that stands out.

This is a perfect for those with white cars that want that look though so I’m sure you’ll sell it quickly!

Been creeping around the forums for awhile finally made an account so i could join this thread! Ordered a 2019 summit white ZL1. Dealer told me I was at 3400 when I contacted him yesterday!
