It won't increase wind or engine noise.

It will increase tire and exhaust noise.

To calculate that we would need independent sound readings from multiple points of the vehicle's interior including the trunk, study the origin of each wave and account for doppler, then measure the sound deadening capacity of the materials removed by calculating each material layer and it's density or reflexivity. So if you can provide all of that we can tell you how much it might increase cabin noise.
