Rear Passenger Brake Light and Turn Signal Not Working

Hey y’all,

About a week ago some lady honked at me while I was turning right into work. Surely she wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see my turn signal right? I go out of my way to not be one of THEM. You know, those people who don’t use turn signals.

Sorry, jokes aside, I knew something was up and sure enough I had a coworker check for me and like the title says my rear passenger brake light and turn signal aren’t working. All good up front, and when it’s in drive all good in the back. But when I flip the right turn signal on my dash starts hyper flashing.

Checked fuses and they’re all good so does that mean the bulbs are out? Is there anything else I could check. Thanks.

I would check the bulbs. However it is odd if both of them should go out at the same time. Same if it was the brake light or turn signal relays. I don't know how it is wired, but it could possibly be a shared ground between them. But I would check the bulbs first.
