I placed my order and put my deposit down last week. Waiting for the order to be accepted once the plant opens back up, hopefully either Tomorrow or Friday, when my dealership's orders go out. It's an 1100 status right now.

What other kinds of pictures were you wanting to see? I'll be sure to do my duty when I take delivery early March.

That's what I'm saying that no one has posted any pictures of their Artic Blue. Gearhead SS profile has no pictures and he says he has a 2016 1LT. Good luck in getting yours. Hope it's not a long wait.

I can tell you that this is going to be a rare color no matter the trim level you get.

When I placed the order they said they had to pull credit then, rather than just at delivery because it was a "non-typical color combination." So it doesn't really surprise me that no one actually owns one yet. I had to look for 2 months just to find the picture that I posted on page 6 and that one wasn't even on the dealers actual lot yet.

Mine will be ABM with ceramic white interior 2SS, NPP, MRC, A8, no sun-roof.

I think no matter how long the wait is, it'll be a long one to me.

I dunno... Makes sense to me. Would you expect to just walk into the dealer to order an optioned out Z06 without them wanting a little reassurance that you're able to actually accept delivery/finance?

A lot of dealerships won't even let you test drive a corvette without running a credit check first. The salesman said he lost a sale on a high end Suburban because the purchaser wasn't able to drive it without a credit pull.

I wouldn't call this a funky color, but there's some funky colored cars out there from the factory. "Stay-around-brown" comes to mind from Nissan. These are colors that aren't likely or have low confidence to move if the delivery is refused.

It could even be just the white interior that's throwing the flag. I think I've only seen one Camaro in the Houston area with it.
