Anyone who ordered from a St. Louis, Mid-Missouri dealership and not getting anywhere on why their car has not arrived yet. Well I just got off the phone with Norfolk Suthern NCSC Auto Vehicles Group and our cars got moved to the Voltz Railyard in KC due to not enough storage at Wentzville Railyard. The person I talked to said that their was not a plan to move this back to Wentzville as of yet. She called the Voltz Railyard and spoke to someone who is going to be getting this railcar back on a plan for Wentzville in the next few days. I will call her back in Thursday to get an update and post it here.....

Have your dealer call into the Dealer Business Center and get the railcar # for you. The Railcar # for my car is ETTX909307. If yours is the same then your stuck in KC too.

Well that just bites. Not sure that my car would be on that railcar or not according to my event codes, but you never know. Can't really trust the codes being up to date. I've asked my dealer to look for a railcar number for me next to any 4200 status, but I haven't gotten a decent response.

Ask your dealer to send you a full screen shot of all the codes so far, we can give it a good look and figure out if there is any rail info. Most dealers have no clue how to read thewe Workbench orders.

I have the order history, and there are a ton of 4200, 4300, and 4B00, but none have any rail car information.

Have your dealer call into the DBC and get the railcar#. If they don't have it then it is not on a railcar yet....Which sucks

Just got off the phone with Norfolk Southern and they indicated that their were 105 Railcars in total that were diverted from Wentzville Distro Yard to Voltz, MO Rail yard and have been waiting there since. The train departed Voltz, MO at 9:22am and should be arriving in Wentzville tomorrow night or early Saturday Morning. Then GM will work with Carriers to start delivering cars to dealerships.

Any way to know per our dealership location where we should expect the railcars to come in? My dealership is in Columbia Missouri. I was thinking the train would come in to KC, but I guess it could just as well be Wentzville.

Call your dealership and find out which railyard their cars typically come from. I would think it would depend on which way they are coming from, west or east on whether they would be coming from the KC or Wentzville Distro. Actually if you want PM me your VIN and I will call the DBC and see if I can get the Railcar and then call Norfolk.

I'm going to drive over there either tonight or tomorrow morning and see If I can locate some Camaros. The address is 1484 E Pearce Blvd Wentzville, MO 63385 and the rail yard and parking lot is right behind the GM plant. I googled the address and whenever that overhead picture was taken it had a bunch of cars parked on the lot.

I just got off the phone with them. The train arrived in Wentzville this morning. The cars will be at the wentzville distribution facility tomorrow morning.
