Around here Challengers and Mustangs are everyday sightings, and you will see several each day.
Fifth gen Camaros are rare, they seem to come out on the weekends and in the summer, might see a few a week, maybe one a day in the nice weather and a couple on the weekend.
So far sixth gen Camaros are a little more common than Big Foot or a male Unicorn. Might see one or two a month when it's nice. One Sunday I doubled my sixth gen count for the season when I crossed paths with a SEPA cruise out to Reading PA. There were six cars in the group.

I've never seen a 1LE or ZL1 in the wild.


This is just casual observation on the road. I don't go to car shows or cruise nights, this is just from the general population.

I’ve seen 1, 1LE of any model year in all the years it’s been released. I’ve seen 1; 5th gen ZL1, 1 6th gen ZL1, 2-3 2016+ corvettes and that’s really it. I live in Denver and I’m not lying I see more lamborghinis, Ferrari’s and Maserati’s than I do any of the upscale GM cars. I’m an electrician and so I’m all over and I think I’ve been on a site with as much as 1 other camaro maybe 2 times in the 4 years I’ve had 1. Im always getting compliments and questions on my 5th and 6th gen, people love them. I think I see a camaro maybe once a day (many days none) during the winter months and maybe 2 or so a day max during the summers. It is nice to own a car that isn’t like the Prius and civic.

The 1LE looks like a 1LE. Definitely not a poser. It is a beast on the track. The Corvette Grand Sport is similar to a 1LE but a Corvette version.

Porsche does the same thing. GT2 vs GT3. Naturally aspirated beast vs. Boosted beast. Neither trying to be or pose as the other.

Hopefully this doesn't get him in trouble, but I was going to mention that the engineer let me sit in the car and check out the rear view camera which was nice.
I was trying to convince him that the 7th gen design should focus on better visibility, and he wanted to point out that with the rear view camera it was improved, although I found the extra zoom (spoiler POV) a bit dissorienting, but I expect one would get used to it.
The car still had another fisheye camera somewhere for the backup camera which displayed in the center screen.
I believe the interior looked otherwise unchanged from the 16-18 cars, but I can post an interior shot when I get home to confirm.

I sat here staring at the new front end not knowing what to think. The more I see it the more out of place it looks and I don’t really like how it makes the front of the car look...stubby or something.

I might like it better on a black car, idk.

Traded my C7 for a 2018 Camaro SS/1LE three weeks ago and glad I did. Current model Camaro SS/1LE is a fantastically cool looking car and a surprisingly fun car to drive.

2019 just does not look good at all and the more I look the worse it gets.

It's a recent trend. I think it's closer to the new Honda accord. Also dodge charger doing the blacked out bumper thing too.

Wow, glad I got at 2016. Chevy did it again and ruined the car with a refresh just like they did on the Gen 5. They must use an "A Team" and a "B Team" for their designs with the latter doing the refreshes. Had this design come out first in 2016 I wouldn't own one today for sure.
