I just had mine done. They replaced the entire rack(sorry if my terminology is wrong)
Looks like an expensive part and my dealer claims they have yet to replace one that was faulty. Oh well, seems to steer o.k., but it did before the recall also. Now if I can just get that rear end noise to stop when it's cold. They replaced the fluid and now want to tear it done and take a look. Yikes--e

Is the steering recall for 17 models only or does it include 18’s or any 19’s?

Got mine done a week or so ago. Evidently mine hadn't started screwing up because I can't detect any difference...
