Overkill S/C Pulleys
Anyone know if the quick change pulleys that overkill uses, are available anywhere else?

Shouldn’t any of these 8-rib pulleys offered directly from Vortech work?

They should, but I'm not sure if it would line up with the crank pulley. It would be a lot easier to find one of the quick change ones. That might be the way I have to go though.

Good point on the alignment, I’d be curious to see what works.

I haven't tried yet, I'm working on some other projects now, I was hoping someone knew where to get the overkill pulleys, because that would be a lot easier. This will probably be put off until later this year, when I have more time.

I actually pulled mine of Sunday and it’s just a regular Vortech brand 8 rib pulley. I’m upsizing (!) from a 3.6” to 3.7” pulley, trying to drop boost about 1 psi, to alleviate my HPFP issues where it can’t supply desired rail pressure at max boost/rpm. I’m hoping that a bit less boost will allow me to redline the motor safely and keep in the power band longer. I’ll report back on how it goes.

Bill522: thanks for the reply. Can you confirm that the LF4 pump internals work on the LLT HPFP?

I don't know if it will work for LLT.( I always forget that motor) .Suggest contacting Will at Overkill. I know the LLT is a totally different beast than the LFX, and I would hate to give someone bad advice..

This tensioner by Gates is the one you want. Much stronger tensioner than the Dayco one that comes with kit: GAT 38485.
