Let me know what ya think when you get it on. I know it’s not going to be as dramatic a difference on the A10 as the M6 seems to, but we all spend way more time at 10-30% throttle than 50-100% which is where this TB shines according to their posted flow charts.

We had five months of triple digits, so it’s allowed!

What are your preferred settings on the control?

OP- Did you trade in your OEM TB or did you just buy it and keep the OEM TB? Just wondering because I’ll be upgrading soon myself.

you can go from mild to wild with the settings but for normal driving around i usually wind up in CF1 ..... it's just really smooth and progressive.

Bought it outright so I have the stock one to put on if any warranty issues arise.

Does it seem to matter what drive mode you are in? Sport/Track etc?

Unfortunately, I didn't noticed much after I switched from my Pray ported 87mm TB to a Soler 95mm. I couldn't detect any increase in airmass which I thought I would, but I should have taken more logs. It was in fact slightly higher but I needed more data to conclusively prove. I was hoping it would change the jerky feel, but I will say it helped with the rolling reverse to drive RPM drop where it almost kills the engine. After I put my cam in there were situations where you could rev up in reverse then switch to drive, usually under load or up a incline, and once the engine loaded the driveline again RPMs would fall and the engine would almost die. With the increased airflow at lower throttle positions with the Soler I think it has fixed that issue and the engine is now able to get the increased airflow, and subsequent increase in torque, it needs to keep the engine from dying. I tried a bunch of different idle tuning stuff in HP Tuners to try to fix it, but HP Tuners just dosen't have the tables we need or they either don't work.

I did notice the TB helped with my screwed up C7 as lag was not as bad and i could hear more pops in the exhaust. Takes a few days and trips for things to get better.

Yes changing the drive mode changes the throttle mapping just like normal but my sweet spot for street driving is sport mode and CF1 on the throttle controller... it's perfect so i dont have any reason to switch to other modes.
No track day yet with the Soler TB/TC to see what works best there but with so many settings on the throttle controller finding exactly the throttle response required for the situation is a non issue. I've played with them all and you can really make the throttle response dance up to what i would call a hair trigger LOL
I've found very few things in life can be individually tailored to taste like the Soler throttle controller.... And there is a distinct difference in every single setting... in every mode.
The absolute best part is getting rid of the annoying disconnected feeling i had with the stock throttle pedal and the off idle take up which is exactly what i purchased this combo for and it works perfectly as advertised. This is the only modification i have done to my car other than a couple of small exterior details and as far as mods go i really feel like i got my moneys worth with the Soler products (not sponsored :-)
