Have to sell to buy 2nd home .
Just wondering what you guys think of a decent sell price for a
2020 ZL1 manual , options are just sunroof and Black wheel locks. Car has clear bra on front bumper ,partial hood, mirror caps. Has two small rock chip on the black carbon fiber hood, which still makes me mad. I hate to sell it as I have barely enjoyed it. Warranty good until oct 2022 or the 36k. Satin steel , 850 miles. 1st oil change just done. Car has zero issues. I listed it on cars.com for $59,999. In Cali. A lot of stupid offers for 55-52 and even 1 idiot at 50. Lol. https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...8085/overview/ |

I thought 58 too, just figured someone would talk me down to 58. Just can’t do 55, that’s a give away in my opinion and I’m not desperate . Thank you all for your reply. |

If someone offered you a firm $55k you should jump on it. Need to look at this with a different perspective, you are selling a used car in like new condition. Who ever buys it will be the second owner. You might get very lucky and get 58 but the longer you hold onto it the less it will be worth.

I bought my 2018 ZL1 A10 in April of 2018 with 400 miles for 56.5k
58k would be a good start and hold out for 56k. Just saying |

Depends how fast you need to move it. I have been watching ZL1 prices closely for to long hopping to pull the trigger soon. The prices were drifting down into last fall. GM discounts dried up last winter into this summer. I thought between the new Corvette and covid there would be deals out there. NOPE they are asking mid fifties for 2017 cars that were high forties last summer. Dealers are still asking close to list for new 2019's. You just might get 60K for your car.

I thought maybe the wording got turned around and it was going to say-have to sell 2nd home to buy...now THAT is appropriate!

I would say between $55,000 and $58,000. I paid $52,595 for my 2017 with less than 500 miles back in March of 2019. Good luck!

Normally I would say trying to sell a sports car towards the end of summer would be working against OP, but maybe not the case in California. $60K is a little close to new, but maybe listing at $59.9K would be a good starting position. I would expect it will sell in the $54-58K range. Not sure I would turn up my nose at an offer for $55K.

55k is fair for a used car...even a low miles 2020. I would jump on that offer. Ask 58, take 55 kind of deal. Is 3k really that big of a deal when you're about to spend $$ on a house? I guess it depends on your level of financial need.
