Ok so the results are in. First there were a few changes. The 2.5 stock pulley was left in instead of replacing it with a 2.3 because there werent much benefits to it for the heat it produced and second we added a auxilary fuel pump. 650rwhp at e40 with lots of heat soak. My zl1 is a manual so the dyno numbers are less than what an automatic would make at the wheels.

Since when has that ever been accurate? Manuals have always dynoed higher than autos in my experience.

Nonetheless, add meth or the interchiller you spoke of and you'll get an extra 30-40rwhp probably.

First off, manuals dyno higher than automatics, not lower.

Secondly, with a 2.5" pulley, you're at stock boost. So your numbers of 650 RWHP are impressive considering you have not overdriven the supercharger at all. There are many out there that can barely break 650 with all your mods and a pulley or two.

Third, you shouldn't experience heat soak at all with your current setup unless you're doing 25+ minute track sessions, which is normal.

For a street car, I would add a pulley, either 2.3 upper or 9.1 lower, if you want some more power which will take advantage of the opened up blower and exhaust. Get you around 700 to the tire.

Good results though. 650 RWHP on stock boost is a dead reliable setup.

When I said heat soaked I ment it was the 6 or 7th pull on thre dyno. I always thought the manual did better on the dyno but not according to them. I do wish they pit on the 2.3 my goal was 675 and e50 but im still happy with the results.

You put a ported blower on with no re-tune?

What was the baseline before round 2?

Thank you for looking, I don't change pulleys because there is so much power to be found by focusing on Efficiency.

Plus this little blower is already spinning way faster than any factory blower preceding it.

The LT4 blower is especially Knock Limited because of limited intercooling and heat production.

Spinning the blower faster is not a good Idea, it turns the car in to a dyno queen, makes one good pull when cold and can't back it up on the dyno or on the street.

In Fact I am willing to wager that my 125 package will out run any of the pulley packages.

I have the same power at the finish line I left the line with and I have accomplished this with my package.

Just from attacking the restrictions it makes 642 on pump gas and 670 on E-60 without Leaning on the tune.

Feel free to call with any questions.

Ted.

Could just be me, but if the baseline with the 1st round of mods is 561 HP, then that's super low for what you had done. The power after the 2nd round of mods and tuning looks good.

I have ZERO tuning experience, but don't those post tune AFR's look a little lean? Maybe someone with more knowledge can comment.

Eeeeeeh, it's typical practice to make one pull before touching anything just to see what you're working with.

I wasnt there in the beginning but I trust them so whatever is typical im sure they did it. So I can't say it it was or wasnt but it would seem dangerous in my opinion to do a pull with a stock tune with the mods listed.

I had already had mods on the car before the work so there was no stock baseline to go off anyway.
