Avg for me used to be over 17. It's dropped to 16.8 with headers and a new tune. Mostly because I use more throttle because it's more fun.

I don't commute everyday, and not often in stop and go traffic. rural back roads driving. I drive it hard every time, at least one WOT along the way somewhere.

Why not post pics from the Bahrain Camaro club? That would be more interesting.
It's actually 0.6$ per litre.

In a mix of hwy and city driving during the summer I get 15 to 17 depending on how much I ram around, but when they switch to winter fuel around here "oxygenated" fuel on the east coast--near the end of October to the end of February I can only get around 12 to 14 and that's when I baby it.
I have a long tubes, muffler delete with resonated X, and a CAI with air scoop. Plus its tuned with no AFM. Oh I just read you have an LS3....I have an L99
Even a few tanks of 93 octane and fuse pull only gets me another 1mpg or so.

Check you 02 sensor. A bad one can make your car drink gas like it's on a Saturday night bing!!!

Over the last 2k miles my mileage has settled in at 22.9 mpg I don't live in the city but go into town every time I get the car out ..75% highway 25% traffic driving .
2015 SS with M6 95 octane

one thing I did learn early on there is a drastic difference in highway and town driving with these cars ..more than any other V8 I've owned

Dont forget theres a difference in octain rating between the Americas and the rest of the world. 97-98 octain is similar to 91 over here.

So I have to ask are you getting cheap gas? We have companies like pioneer around here where I tried it and only got 2/3 - 3/4 as what I got when I used shell (premium) at 91 octain. Now I switched to 94 exclusively, never really noticed a difference between 91-94 but I did headers intake and a tune at the same time as the switch.

Original plugs?
And someone mentioned O2 sensor.
Just thinking out loud.

That seems pretty low to me. I typically get around 18mpg combined with long tube headers, cold air intake, tune, exhaust, ported throttle body, and an occasionally heavy lead foot. Typical highway mileage is around 24 mpg.
