Why do you guys assume Michael Bay had anything to do with it? He probably paid someone to do it. Because he was too busy thinking up scenes where thousands of innocent bystanders get killed while the stars are trying to save one person.

Hate on the Transformers movies all you want, but IMO, the first movie is the reason the 5th gen was initially such a hit. With the 6th gen they're trying to rely on the same styling and appealing only to enthusiasts which is never going to sustain sales.

The thing that throws it off for me is the bow tie placement. The rest isn't THAT bad. And I too bet the Z/28 will have a front fascia similar to that.

They could have just used the new ZL1 and it would have been perfect!

But I agree and also your point on designing and styling the Camaro for Camaro enthusiasts alone will never result in big sales numbers is spot on. I think it's a sustainable small volume, but if you target a very specific audience for any product, you have to expect lower sales.

I actually meant make the transformers look distinct from each other like the Generation 1 Transformers, where each looked like the vehicle they transformed from when they were in robot form.

people nowadays love attention, cars with different/bold styling get attention. Look at the new lexus or the nissan juke.
