Check out Continental Extreme Contact Sport tires as they are comparable to the Michelins. They even offer a Multi-Season tire also but any tire you choose will have issues in cold weather due to the extra hp your ZL1 has now. The Continentals are a somewhat cheaper than the Michelins also and have a over 300 treadwear rating.

The gysc3 is an excellent tire. As was said 700rwhp needs a drag radial. I am using the Nitro 555r II and it hooks well

the op is looking for cold and wet performance. I don't think the good years or drag radial are what he has in mind

What about the Michelin PILOT SPORT ALL SEASON 4? I thought I seen a post about someone asking about them or have bought them?

After reading the comments the PS4s seem like the tire for me but I am curious about the Nitto2 tires mentioned here as a summer tire. Do the Nitros last? And are they good for cornering as well?

Alot of people use the Nitto 555r2 in rear with 555g2 for front.

The NT555RII is a D.O.T.-compliant competition drag radial designed for the weekend drag racer. I might try this tire next.

Goodyears do just fine in the rain. With a 285 and a 305 you must slow done for standing water no matter what tire. The day I put my Nitro 555r II on I got rained on on I95. Keep any of these below 65 and you are fine. This comes from many years of experience I you ever skimboarded as a kid as was popular in Florida, did you use a sheet of plywood or a 2x4 ? Same theory
