I like the CamVette better. It is a cleaner look. Of course grill could be slightly altered not be identical to the camaro.

I had a C7 , waited for the C8 and didn't like it so bought myself a Camaro. If the C8 looked like that one I might have went with the C8/Camaro combo.
Far too many lines on the C8, the ass end is way too big, looks like GM tried to hard to differentiate themselves from the smooth lines of the Ferrari's and Ford GT. I prefer the smooth lines. Seen the new C8 in real life, a few different colors , still looks kinda crappy to me. Maybe some day if they do a refresh and smooth it out a bit.

I would buy that Camaro version in a heart beat. Definitely will say it looks better than the C8 we currently have. BUT that doesn't go without saying the current C8 looks pretty nice to me personally. The front looks good to me. The back I feel could use a bit of tweaking but it's nothing terrible in my books.

Thats the problem...it should look like a Vette...not a Ferrari. |

The stubbier front end and big mouth grille combined with the rest of the body kind of remind me of an Audi R8.

Nothing wrong with the C8 except that I don't have one.

The CamVette front is pretty hideous, the muscley and sporty look don't mix too well there.
The rear is actually pretty nice, though. Better than the C8 rear IMO. That said, they might do better by moving the license plate up on the CamVettw. Looks like bucktooth to me with it being so low.

Local dealership just got one in the showroom and it’s sold. I love it!

I saw a red C8 in Florida recently and I thought it looked better in the pictures I've seen, and I didn't like them in the pictures. It just looks bad to me, especially in person. It just looks way too pointy and like a wrinkled up 90 year old praying mantis in the front. Like a shriveled up front bumper that AA made. In no way did I think it was a Ferrari, it's like a Dollar General Ferrari maybe. I don't care for that Camaro/C8 hybrid pic either though. But I do like the C8's performance and I think the Z06 will be a stock beast.

Saw an orange C8 at the dealership I bought the Camaro from, the exterior didn't impress too much. It looks good, but if it weren't for the quarter panel air scoop, I would've thought it was a Ferrari. The rectangular exhaust tips look kinda weird to me, just as the DRLs in the headlight assembly.
Needless to say, this is no criticism, the C8 is an extremely capable car, it just doesn't make my heart skip a beat.
