Not sure, car season weather is coming to a close here. Shopping land/housing currently. Depending upon how that ends up, will make a move in spring 2021. Needs rear seats/manual transmission, so in no particular order... ZLE, SS 1LE... maybe investigate the new Mach 1 when my buddy gets one in at his dealership.

Rookie question...which fuse is that & what’s the benefit to removing? Thanks!

Purchased with 3,100 mi., 1-owner car. Original dry-rotted tires were still on it.

-Swapped out the original tires with some new Michelin PS4S' in 305/30
-Removed coil covers
-Pulled NPP fuse
-Lloyds Mats Classic Loop Ebony trunk mat w/ Z/28 logo
-XPEL Prime CS 20% tint

XPEL Ultimate Plus PPF installed on the:
front splitter
full front bumper
full hood
full front fender flares
black portion of rocker panels
impact area on rear quarters
full rear fender flares
black portion of rear bumper

Had the car corrected and ceramic coated:
-compounded/polished all painted surfaces
-CQUARTZ Finest Reserve on the body
-CQUARTZ DLUX on wheels and calipers
-Gtechniq on all the glass

Amazing how great the Michelin PS4S tires are on this car. Really enjoyed the PSS' on my previous Camaro. Michelin makes great tires.

Beautiful ride man! I am also located in Johnstown, roughly 90 miles east of you. Haven’t taken the Z out to the burgh yet but haven’t seen another one since I brought mine home to PA from Mississippi. We’ll have to link up sometime! Keep me posted on the car scene out there.

In the trunk is a small fuse panel. Pull the fuse that says exhaust (it might be abbreviated). That keeps the valves open so you can hear your 427 better....

Ok awesome! I’m assuming it’s the smaller 10A fuse labeled F8 (& based on the fuse picture that caused my question) correct? Just out of curiosity, what does the bigger fuse labeled R2 control then?

Thanks!

Yes that’s it, the F8 location with the 10amp fuse. Pull that one.

I learned something new today I never saw that F2 large fuse. Maybe someone else can tell us as it says exhaust flap on that too.

R2 is not a fuse, it is a relay, thus the R. Someone else can chime in on the exact use of it but relays are used for a variety of reasons, i.e. isolation of operational voltage that differs from supply voltage. But no need to pull the R2 relay.

Hey, awesome! Welcome to the forums! I'm in Upper Yoder Township. How about you? Yeah, lets meet up.

There used to be a red Z/28 running around a couple years ago, but haven't seen anymore around the area.
