I don't know it all either. I've learned a lot about Gen5's on this forum. I've been working on cars for 40 plus years. I'm willing to share my knowledge and documents with others. I don't like the critical people here. They have nothing to add or good to say. Some of us are actually here to help. Ask away.

Number one thing I've learned on this forum is that people love to read their own bs and put people down. Just scroll on past them and don't reply to their cry for attention. They disappear fast enough if you ignore them.

Ok. I got one. How many amps will my alternator need with 1800RMS and who makes a high output Alt? Yeah. I’m going to be running 2 JL RD400/4 and a JL RD1000/1. Plus, led headlights lights and fog lights. Oh. This is on a 2014 v6 LT.

When sitting in your car, the right side of the Camaro is the same as your right side.
There are three bolts that you can get to from the top. You can not see the bottom rear and is difficult to feel. Use a mirror to find it. The belt is removed with a 1/2" breaker bar drive. It fits into the square hole. No need to remove all of the belt , just get it off the tensioner and the alternator will have enough slack to slip it off.
I didn't have to remove mine, I just needed to move it out the way so I don't recall what type of electrical plug connection will have to be removed.
If you want to tackle it, I will go out and look at the plug.

Actually , you are the kinda of person that made me stop posting on here several years ago. In fact that p rick got banned later.
I did a write up on how to cut out the blower motor and replace it. Even did a few photos and what size screws to buy. I have replaced my timing chains, all I did was remove some bolts , unplug some sensors a viola , there were the chains. Took them off and reversed the procedure and was done. I even read the articles.
Those directions wouldn't help anyone, just like you.
