The thing that really blows my mind is seeing some of the 5th gen guys list there older, higher mile cars for more money than a 6th gen. I've seen higher mile 5th gen SS's asking mid $30k's.
Same in Canada, they ask 35k minimum for base 2018 LT. Not even RS or tech packages

I think $30k is the absolute highest a 5th gen SS should fetch. Eg: A later model year 1LE with very low mileage. Or maybe a 2013 1LE (which are relatively uncommon being the only prerefresh 1LE model year and seem to be keeping their value especially if mint and in a rarer color.) The Hotwheels Editions also fetch a premium. The vast majority of SS’s are going to be mid to low $20k at best these days.

If they think their mods have resale value, they’re dreaming. Mods do not add resale value. Most people view it as liability if anything.

The refresh won't help, it'll hurt so get used to lower and lower sales figures.

Not concerned with sales figures. I bought mine last month and love it. It's worth every penny of the $40k I spent. To those who chose not to purchase, it's their loss.

Ouch I wonder how things will look when Fugly19 hits the market.

QTF, shifted my 401k plan to conservative and pulled all my money from stocks. Not a good time to invest for obvious reasons.

Nah. I think there are other reasons for the Camaro’s slumping sales.

Let's all just hope the refreshed design and price cuts on base models will help spur Camaro sales. A few things in life are certain.... being number one is always going to be temporary, nothing ever stays the same, and what goes up must eventually come down...
