Coming from N/A to Procharger
Currently my set up is
Speed engineering headers (full exhaust) Msd intake Lt5 TB Stock intake E85 I know I will lose my flex fuel and go to 91 (I'm in CA) question is, how safe will I be running about 9psi of boost? What else do y'all recommend? I've been reading but still confused. |

We'll have to see. My tuner said I'll be fine with 8psi
I know on these forums, people say this and that, so kinda the same thing on this thread |

Upgrade your fuel system. On 7lbs with PCs canned tune, I was getting/approaching lean towards the top with stock fuel.

It would be a better move to upgrade the fuel system, run less boost, and keep E85 or even a lesser mix. Make the same or even a touch more power with 6psi on E vs 8psi on pump with stock fuel...that equals less heat and happier pistons.

Meth works...it's a cheaper alternative but there are pros/cons with it like anything else. The only con to fueling with strictly DI is cost. Cons to fueling with meth is you have to lean fuel system out to run it. If it fails then you go lean. Meth pumps seem to have a shorter life span. It's just another variable in the system. However installed and setup correctly it works well.

Okay. I just bought an alky meth kit so we'll see how that goes.

imo, upgrade to lt4 fuel system, add meth, add e85, pulley procharger to wherever boost you want to be at.
