Yeah, I'm still debating which way to go. Looking back its been over 2 months and I only recently got ahold of somebody to work on the ceilings and still need somebody to paint the interior walls. I probably could have bought the car already or I could do it now and get the house in the Spring. I wonder how long you have to wait after getting a car that it won't affect the mortgage loan very much? I know the total amount you owe would go up, but as long as I got a decent deal the monthly payment shouldn't go up much if at all with current trade in values going up and my equity.
