Just bought a New 2021 LT1
I have a C7ZO6 and was looking to buy a preowned 6th Gen SS as a antother toy. 17's and 18's seem run about $35K up with 25-30k miles on them.
While looking at my local dealer they showed me the LT1 with the 6 speed manual. I was surprised at the base price of $34K minus $3k employee pricing discount. For a weekend toy it fits the bill perfectly. Mine does have the optional Sunroof, Dual mode exhaust, tech package, front splitter and red calipers and a couple other options that brought the price up to a little over $35K Cant' beat it for the price and as I understand it's lighter than the SS cars. |

It’s not near as fast as your ZO6, but it should ride better.

I like it too especially the color! You really did do good Vega$69! I bet you miss that 427 Z28 sometimes too. I know I would.

Nice LT1. Looks great. Not sure how much lighter it is with a sunroof than a 1SS without one.

I've been contemplating the same thing as you, except a 2SS instead of an LT1 to go alongside my Z06.
