I don't know if you've seen the thread with some of this information, but in summary:

The '15 Z06 they performed the swap on was completely stock. It baselined at like 550-560 RWHP or something. Mike swapped the 2650 (there was a 2300 that was on it before, but that's not what you're asking about) with the 103 and GMPP CAI (the C7 kit, from what it looks like), tuned the car with only those changes, and put down about 700-RWHP at about 6500 and almost 730-RWHP at about 7000 where the car was running out of pump fuel. The car was on 91 octane.

Seeing as how ZL1 and Z06 dyno within spitting distance of each other, it seems reasonable to think ZL1 would show similar numbers to those posted by Mike's Z06.

What pulley is considered standard? I think i would change from that to a slight overdrive, but would have to make sure fueling wont be an issue. I would love to do a cam, but that is probably a 3-5k additional investment. Not sure the wife would be on board for that.

To my knowledge NW builds Katech TB and changes the blade to blue if I remember correctly. The only mods were the valve covers and fuel line.Name: Resized_20190702_113720(1).jpg

Here is Billy's Zl1 which was the first install and I did mine the next week. We both ran 9's at Camaro Fest. His best was 9.82 and mine was 9.77 and we both had traction issues that weekend cause the track was greasy from the heat and DA. It was both cars first time out that weekend. I've since went 9.65 on 14 lbs of boost. Best mph was 145.

I know I'm sound like I think I'm an expert or affiliated with Magnuson, but that's not the case. Nor have I had any contact that I can recall outside of this public forum. I HAVE been eagerly waiting and watching for updates, so that's why I'm chiming in, so that also means I can't promise all my information is correct. Having said that...:

I believe it might ship with a 90mm. If I understood Mike correctly, that is how they are going to try to certify the CARB-kit anyways. That is the pulley he ran on the Z06 which made the 700-plus RWHP completely stock, minus the blower, 103, CAI, and stated modifications (i.e. VCs, fuel line, intercooler lines, etc). FWIW - that was worth about 16-psi on his set-up, which would probably be similar in a stock ZL1 with a 103 and CAI, I bet.

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to learn this blower stuff. My last two cars were nitrous based.

Is there any way to fit this supercharger with the standard intake system to keep the OEM look?

Because I've seen posts of installs with common bolt-on CAIs, which take the place of the OEM air cleaner box, it seems like it already has this feature. And, not that most people have to care about CARB-legal compliance, it (I believe) has to be compatible with the OEM box, so I think your concern is addressed, and it would be compatible.

Yes, you can. You can also cutout the bottom part of the stock box and throw in a green filter - it will get better flow and look stock.

Yes above 650whp you're in dangerous territory with the stock LT1 internals. And sometimes below 650whp:

https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=550461

...and yes I know it's very tuner dependent.
