What year is your ZL1? Is your bumper to bumper warranty up? Your car has the updated rear-end so it has to be a least a '19 or newer.

I work at a dealership. There's no way that should not have been covered under bumper to bumper warranty. You should call GM. Keep the old parts and the receipts.

I went over his posts a couple times , OP never mentioned if his B to B warranty is current or expired, if current take it up the GM chain , if expired your lucky they even offered free labor .
It's not fair to call out Dealerships if things don't go a person way .

Powertrain warranty would still cover it. It's valid for 5 years/60k miles. It definitely covers the supercharger, and all parts and labor should have been covered.

A cold air intake would only void intake warranty. There is no way they can prove an intake caused a belt to snap, so it should not affect this.

I've also had Chevy dealers make mistakes and give the run around. Fuel pump went bad and they wanted $7k to fix it. Then after a week they suddenly said warranty will cover it.
