I bled the HX side again and with a 2.25/9.25 combo my MAT is only getting to 150 degrees by 130MPH from a 50 roll. Expansion tank should help hold it off longer let alone adding ice. This was in 70 degree air.

Question - With the OP's mod list shouldn't he be able to run full E?

I’m currently running full pump E locally which is E80.
