VCM Editor issue

Hey guys, so I tried to flash a new tune into my car. I already licensed both the tcm and ecm and have flashed tunes before. This time though I got the error that I do not have the proper license for the tune. I got some advice as to what to do. Does anyone know where I can go do delete the License.dat file so I can resync the hardware? I tried looking at YouTube video but I feel this is a very specific action that need to be done so not sure how many video I have to watch to see if they cover this.
