needing more power!!!!
I have a 2014 LT Camaro, while looking around i heard about the stuff on JacFab ported intake manifold, overkill 80mm TB, and the manifold spacer. Besides a general CAI I was wondering what is the best option for adding more power? What is the best bang for the buck?

The only cams I know of at this point are the MACE cams (from Australia) ...They are a bit pricey and are much better on FI cars than NA. Tuning is the biggest obstacle and getting a shop to install them seems to be a bit of a headache also.

I have the 80mm tb with port matched intake, cai, corsa cat back, a tune that Will brought it all together very well. My next step was the supercharger but I decided to stop at this point with the lfx. I want it to remain reliable and they do very nice for the small engine. I put a lot of focus on the chassis. It’s a great matched setup. It definitely won’t outpull the V8’s but it will beat most of them on the g pad. Good luck |

The 5th gens will perform as good or out perform the 6th gens with a few upgraded chassis pieces. In my opinion, it’s the best body style. Of course next to the first gen body style. So let’s keep the 5th gen alive and kicks’ a$$.

Man, I have all the power I need from my stock 2014 LT Automatic. It's my daily and I don't track it or anything, and I keep having to let off the gas on the highway just to avoid doing 100. It's almost like the perfect blend of power and efficiency (great gas mileage on these V6 engines).
I've only had it for a year and a half (put 9k miles on it), so I can't quite speak to its reliability just yet, but so far I have zero complaints. |

After the cold air intake, the 3/4 spacer / 80mm ported intake/ 80mm Overkill are my favorite upgrades.
I ordered all three from the JacFab website. I just looked again, and now they offering financing??? just awesome

I'm on the same page as Elder J. If you want more cost effective power you probably should jump into a V8 car. $6500 for a supercharger? These tiny V6's were not built for that. If you're not concerned about longevity than I guess it's no big deal. I enjoy the hell out of my stock LFX and at 45K miles still very reliable. I do realize that it is fun to overcome hot-rod obstacles but it can come at the price of reliability. I do tip my hat to folks that get their V6 cars into the 12's (or faster). This new technology is amazing!
