I’m not sure if they have a system for V6. You can call them or find them on FB.

Came to the conclusion that my next set of winter tires is going to have 225s or 215s up front, lol.

I installed some anti vibration matting in the trunk to give the 12 inch sub better sound and clean up some of the vibration. Still have some vibration near the rear speakers which will be addressed with some memory foam.

Geckobros, post up how you do the speaker deck. I’m getting vibrations from the louder exhaust I just installed. Very annoying! Thanks!

GM quality control vent incoming:

Took it in for it's second complimentary oil change(the dealer has a drive on wheel lift, no worry of idiots with frame lifts) and to get the door sills ordered(lettering raising up, C on driver's side and A on passenger side).

My wife noticed the passenger side headliner, the weatherstrip just barely covers the edge(another common 6th issue). I'm leaving it since it does cover it unless you push the strip just right. And Sunday I self fixed the dash rattle(BONE HEADED DESIGN, it would have cost few pennies to prevent rattles. Literally, they could have shoved a penny between the screen and dash and there would probably be enough pressure nothing would rattle. I used some foam left over from my wife's CX-5 Android Auto upgrade I did, it came with 3 8x10 sheets of adhesive foam pre cut into strips, comically too much. I actually only used 1 sheet adding foam everywhere so nothing I took apart should ever rattle.

So the 2016 cars start coming in for rattles, and GM is paying dealer for warrranty repairs. So do they start using a 1 cent piece of foam during the build process? No, of course they keep paying dealers labor prices for warranty work. So, say one in 1000 owners complain. The labor they pay could have prevented rattles in what, 6000 cars on the conservative side? Spend a dollar to save a dime)

Come on GM. That 08 Corolla my wife had(79k miles when sold), and my 08 Mazda 6(68k when sold), '16 CX-5(just crossed 40), and '16 Accord(24k) have never had ANY trim issues AT all. And I'm at 2500 miles.

Oh and sometimes my exhaust......

Never mind

Smile Finished up my cam, lifters and dual springs install!

Right now I have Flowmaster American Thunder series mufflers, no cats, long tube headers and the infamous crushed pipe replaced with mandrel bent pipe. I really like the sound but may consider some Borla axle backs in the future. I’m posting a quick video. Well, as soon as I figure it out lol

Took my son's 17 RS, V6, A8, to Tupelo, Ms., for the 1st complimentary 27 pt. check, oil change (had changed at 906 miles due to sitting on the lot about 400 days and we got a great deal on the closeout price), tire rotation, and the transmission flush for the dreaded A8 shutter (started at about 4400 miles, now has 4775 miles on it, August '16 built date). Service and staff were great, said they had had great success with shutter problems ( hope it works, but they said bring it back and watch closely as they have had to replace some torque converters), on all makes. No problems with lifts and I checked the car before and after the work. I want to thank the members of this board for all their info, but especially the problem with the A8. If not for you people, I would have thought it was just a vibration caused by the 40 series run flats and our rough MS. roads. Thanks again.
