Exclamation WEAPON-X: ZL1 1LE on Forgelines for the track!

Mike M. has been a client of ours for a few years now, starting out with his C7 Z06, then a Porsche Turbo S, and now he's also added a ZL1 1LE for track duy till his GT3RS comes in. He loves his Forgelines and we do too! He chose to do the GA1R open lugs with comp caps in transparent smoke in OEM sizes for the OEM tires. These wheels are super light and strong, weighing in under 20lbs per corner!

It turned out killer! Any of you want the a set of wheels, give me a shout. We are a master dealer for them all and our pricing is unparalleled

That reminded me of this pic I saw once, luckily it's the first one that comes up when searching haha. If that girl would like a Honda wheel, no telling what she'd do to these

When I called Forgeline a few months ago, they told me they didn't have the tooling to do the stock offset on the front for the ZL1 1LE. The front should be 19x11 with 11MM offset. Did something recently change with Forgeline or are you running a different size/offset?

I got the same information when I called forgeline a few weeks ago - best offset they can do for front is 16 so you need to run a 5mm spacer in front to get oem offset

I would like to know if there is a spacer used here. Either way an awesome set of wheels and exactly what is needed for these cars since anyone buying them will definitely want a second set of wheels/tires.

Zoom in - is it just me, or does it look like there is a shiny ~5mm spacer, in view, right under the valve stem in the shot?

They can make the OEM offset in an 18x11, but the 19x11 forging doesn't have enough meat to keep the same offset in a monoblock. There is no spacer used here, the difference between what their 19" forging can do and what the OEM one is stands at 6mm AKA .25". There are no fitment issues running a slightly less aggressive wheel offset.

So, if you want to stick with the OEM tires, you can either run the slightly less aggressive wheel or run a 6mm spacer - which we sell as well.

Or you can do an 18x11" with Hoosier R7s for the track and stick with the OEM offset.

I realize they're a little different, but as you can see in the pics, the .25" is not hurting the look of that car haha
