2018 Camaroo SS. No gas cap?
I just purchased a 2018 Camaro SS. It has no gas cap. I would like some type of a locking gas cap. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Quite a few cars/trucks these days have a cap-less fuel system.
There are by far many, many times more newer Silverado's on the road and none of them have a cap either. Ford is doing this too with many of their vehicles.

It has an anti-siphon neck already, you don't need a locking cap.

2018 Camaroo SS. No gas cap?
Please post the locations you live, or frequent, where this is an issue. I’ll add them to the places where I never want to visit.
Seriously though, a locking fuel door, that locks with the door locks, would be a welcomed addition to the capless system. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Unfortunately, this lock is for the older Ford capless systems. I have it on my F150. And I tested it on my Camaro, it was not even close to fitting.

Does the fuel door lock when you lock the car? The owners manual seems to indicate it might?

If you are worried about people putting stuff in your tank, EU (and maybe Canadian models) have a locking pin for the fuel door which activates along with the door locks. US models don't seem to have the solenoid installed. Maybe if you could locate one it can be integrated?
