Its a great tire coating. The key is to wash the tires until the cleaner foams white. It took me literally 10X until there was no more brown coming from the tires. Follow the instructions and don't rinse your dirty brush in the cleaner solution.

It will keep the tires shiny for a long time withj a dry to the touch coating. Here's the thread of my wheel detail and tufshine application:
