How I did mine I added a link to the part I used. Watch a video on YouTube how to remove bumper it’s very easy. Also use thread tape sealant on the threads before you screw it into the cooler and don’t over torque it.

Also the drivers side is the return line. You want it to go into the radiator first then out (drivers side) then into the cooler then back to the line you took off of the drivers side. I mounted mine with self taping screws that are provided, I just started a whole with a drill. Went in easy and is solid, and used zip ties to keep the lines snug and not rubbing against anything.

Another great way to install it ^ Where I got inspiration from to do it lol. Must say these tru cool 40k are legit. Don’t ever go above 180 and that’s in traffic.

I was wondering if I could cut the return line that goes from the radiator to the transmission and flare both the cut ends and connect the hose provided to the flared ends?

You can or buy a compression fitting with a hose nipple on it. I just lubed it up and pushed it over the the old hose (past the nipple) and put 2 hose clamps on it. Solid and no leaks and I drive my card hard every time I get in it lol.

ok I'll look into that. I am trying to find a solution to do this install with just the parts from the local parts store because I don't really have time to wait for an order to come in. lol

Hey I actually found that fitting that you posted from Amazon at O'Reilly auto parts. They just had to special order it and it will come in tomorrow morning. I'll post some pictures of the install when I get a chance.

That's great to here because I've been running around 200-210* on hot days here in Texas and it's still in the 80's right now but it's gonna get to 100* this summer. Did you run yours through the radiator also?
